Where are you from?

Yael: New York, NY

What do you do at MINNA?

Yael: Operations Manager

How did you get started with MINNA?

Yael: I first encountered the store on a weekend away in Hudson in 2016. I was immediately in love with the products as well as the ethics of the brand.

What does working ethically mean to you?

Yael: To me, this means seeing everyone in the business - from those working at MINNA to those creating our products - as people first and foremost and treating them with respect.

An unexpected day off looks like…

Taking a long walk (as long as it’s not too cold!) with my wife and two dogs and cooking dinner together.

Secret/hidden talents?

I love sewing and gardening!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve gotten? The best piece of advice you like to give?

Be open - whether it means learning something new or trying a new experience.
