Our oven mitts are the perfect way to protect your hands while cooking. Equally attractive in use or hanging in your kitchen by the attached loop. Handwoven by a family run co-op in Chiapas, Mexico.

Made by Pedal Loom Weavers in Zinacantán, Mexico

The weavers in Zinacantán are just a short walk from the town’s central square. They have a large home workshop with six pedal looms and a small sewing workshop, run by a husband and wife team. They employ several weavers in the community and even have a small yarn store that allows community members to purchase thread more easily.

We began our partnership with pillows and, because of the popularity of products produced here, expanded our partnership to include our grid-patterned kitchen textiles woven with 100% cotton.
