Trade Information


We offer a trade program for architects, interior designers, and trade members. Many of our products are available for purchase as fabric by the yard. Please contact us at trade@minna-goods.com for further information.


Payment Terms


We accept all major credit cards, check, PayPal & wire transfer. Payment is charged upon shipment. We require a 50% deposit for all orders over $1200. Made-to-order and custom products require full payment in advance.


Shipping Terms


Please allow 5-10 days for processing and shipping of all in-stock orders. Domestic orders ship via FedEx or USPS from Germantown, NY with a shipping and handling fee of 10% of the order total. When placing orders through the website you will be charged for shipping after your initial purchase. The shipping fee payment is required prior to shipment.


If you’d prefer to ship with your own account, your handling fee will be 3%. International trade, please provide preferred shipper account number. MINNA is not responsible for international customs or fees that may apply.


Returns & Order Changes


Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. We generally do not accept returns. Return claims must be received via email within one week of receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee for customers returning non-damaged merchandise. Made-to-order rugs, custom products, or fabric by the yard are final sale.


Availability & Backorder


We are constantly updating our handmade line. As such, many items may be subject to availability. If a product is not in stock, we will notify you and automatically place it on backorder. Once back in stock, it will ship out immediately unless instructed otherwise. Please note: We keep a limited inventory of rugs sized 5x7 and smaller and they may frequently have a leadtime. Rugs larger than 5x7 are always subject to a 120 day lead-time. Rush orders may be available, within reason, and depending on production capacity.


Yardage Information


Yardage is made-to-order with a leadtime of roughly 8-10 weeks, though we do keep minimal stock on hand. Please email us if you'd like to know our current stock availability. Many of our yardage styles can be customized. There is a flat 10% fee for weft customization and a 20% fee for warp customizations. Custom Development


Our design process is highly collaborative, honoring the nuance of weaving techniques. Each collection is 100% customizable to meet your project design needs and vision. We approach bespoke collections in two ways: custom color palette or size or bespoke development. Our inline collection is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of the types of handmade products we can develop with our artisan partners. The Nature of Handmade


Due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in texture, color, and size may occur. We celebrate these differences and see them as a sign of a truly handmade and unique piece.
