We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Stripe and Paypal.
MINNA will process your online order within 2-5 days, given they are in stock. We typically ship orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For instance, if your order is placed on a Saturday, we will ship it on Tuesday. We do this because we're a small team and setting specific shipping days allows us more creative time to run the business. If you'd like your order faster, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer store credit only within 14 days of receipt of item, given they are returned in their original condition. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know which item you are returning.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All discounted items are final sale - they may not be returned for store credit.
MINNA ships internationally, with some exceptions. To receive an international shipping quote please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the items and quantities you'd like to purchase as well as your exact address.
Please be aware international orders generally take 6-12 business days. All international sales are final. MINNA is not responsible for import fees, taxes, VATS or any other custom fees should your package be processed by customs.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Since many of our pieces are made-to-order or pre-order, we are unable to cancel an order after it is placed and working its way through our production process.
In some circumstances, we can add to/combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. To combine multiple orders, email us at email@example.com 48 hours of your initial order.
