March 21, 2020

Per Governor Cuomo's executive order mandating all non-essential businesses statewide to close in-office personnel functions effective at 8PM on Sunday, March 22, MINNA will be pausing all shipping until further notice. That said, all orders placed Friday, March 20 will not ship until we are able to get back into our warehouse since we do not staff our shipping facility on weekends. We are sorry for this inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding in advance as we navigate these unprecedented times together.

A note of positivity: All I can think of about right now is community. I'm seeing digital, global communities sharing resources and local communities banding together to take care of their neighbors. When I started MINNA, all I knew is that I wanted to make things by hand. It's become clearer to me that to make things by hand, you have to build relationships. Relationships are the only things that will get us through these difficult times. MINNA is a business built on a human scale. Our business wouldn't exist with our team relationships, relationships with our artisan partners, and you, our customers. Together, focusing on these relationships and on our communities, we will be able to get through this together.

As of March 13, 2020 our storefront in Hudson is closed. While the current threat in Hudson is low, the safety of our team and our customers remains our top priority. In order to keep everyone safe and healthy, we have decided to close our Hudson storefront for the time being. We are committed to making your online experience as easy and safe as possible at this time. We will be operating all other business as usual, and moving as many of our team to remote work as possible.
