Inspired by mapping, the Cartographer pillow was handwoven on a pedal loom by skilled artisans in Momostenango, Guatemala. With an updated palette, our Cartographer Light Pillow is a soft, yet playful addition to any room.

Made by Wool Pedal Loom Weavers in Momostenango, Guatemala

High up in the mountainous region of Momostenango, Guatemala are three cooperatives who weave our wool pillows, flat weave rugs, and shaggy rugs. We’ve been co-creating since MINNA began. They use handspun wool dyed with sustainable, non-toxic dyes. The wool here is thicker, resulting in a very textural product.

About these artisans

Between the three co-ops, there are approximately 20 weavers. These groups are some of the most experimental artisans we've worked with and are always open to trying out new ideas or textures.
