Earthy and grounding, the Recycled Stripe Lumbar Pillow in Clay was handwoven by a family run co-op in Chiapas, Mexico. We used 100% cotton mixed with strips of recycled fabric waste to create a simple striped pillow with a bit of texture. Each stripe is slightly different, making each pillow totally unique.

On the outskirts of San Cristóbal, we collaborate with a small father-son workshop to create our recycled stripe pillows. They specialize in pedal loom weaving and often collaborate with a nearby artist who works with recycled materials. When wanted to incorporate recycled materials and zero-waste practices, we knew they were the perfect group to work with.

Our Recycled Stripe Pillows use 100% cotton mixed with strips of recycled fabric waste making each pillow totally unique. We then use the scraps from our pillow production to create the Recycled Stripe Pouches.
